I contracted with Jesse to do a pre-sale inspection to see what we needed to take care of prior to listing a home. He was able to schedule it in a very timely manner and did a very thorough and professional job. It was a pleasure working with Jesse and I for definitely use him for home inspections I will need in the future. I highly recommend Jesse!!

Jesse was by far the best and most thorough home inspector I have ever used. He did an inspection on a house we had rented for a year and were purchasing and found things that we had no idea about. Turnkey is very professional and delivered an in depth report along with additional follow up and explanations. I wouldn’t use another home inspector.

Jesse shows up to inspections prepared and on time. He is always professional and his reports are easy to understand. He also works well with buyers or seller who are there asking many questions. I would highly recommend him for your next inspection!

Jesse is awesome! He was very thorough and answered all of my questions throughout the process. Very prompt scheduling, the report was completed quickly, and he had excellent communication before and after the inspection. His report was detailed and easy to understand, with clear recommendations for a few repairs. Other things he explained during the inspection will be helpful for me as a homeowner when it comes to maintenance and energy efficiency. I highly recommend him and would call him again if I need a home inspection!

I would highly recommend Jesse to anyone looking for a home inspector. His professionalism and thoroughness was above and beyond. He answered all of my questions before, during and after the inspection. The actual inspection is very easy to read, yet it is a very detailed report. Jesse is awesome! You won’t be disappointed!

Jesse is amazing! Never thought i'd like our home inspector enough to take the time to write a review but... here we are! No stone was left uncovered and we are so satisfied with the work that he did. He even helped us with questions after delivering the report and sent us some examples of something we needed help with. SO impressed. Also, we thought his fees were extremely reasonable. 10/10 would recommend.

Jesse was thorough, professional, and very helpful when capturing inspection items. I would highly recommend Jesse through Turnkey Inspections. The platform used by Turnkey to detail inspection items was easy to navigate and each item was accompanied with pictures and an explanation. Not sure how the competition does it, but I can't imagine it's better.Thank you Jesse!

Jesse was great to work with for my home inspection. Very informative and helpful. He took the time to explain everything he found to me and included photos. My home was a new build and Jesse was flexible and willing to work with a bit of a chaotic schedule. I'd highly recommend Jesse and will use him for future home inspections.

Very professional, exceptionally detailed, carefully prepared report. Spent hours on the property, and investigated areas I would never have considered, including a very tight, completely enclosed, difficult crawl-space. Final report included many photos, and nicely written recommendations for fixing found problems. Highly recommended!

Jesse was very nice and thorough. We had a few questions before and after the inspection and he was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. We are in an older home but he was still very knowledgeable about the features of the house. The report was very easy to read and understand and will help us prioritize and make decisions moving forward on how best to take care of our home! Thanks Jesse!

Jesse of Turnkey Inspections was able to meet our quick timeline, and was easy to communicate with both before and after. He covered all the items we requested with extra attention to some, and Sent the report promptly. Reading the report was not as easy as some. Overall we were very satisfied.

Jesse is AWESOME!!!! Not only did he complete a thorough and professional inspection of the home we're buying, he was extremely communicative through the whole process. The report that we received was super easy to read, provided exploratory pictures and was precise. In addition, Jesse goes above and beyond the call of duty!! He has maintained contact with us just to see how the process is going and to offer any help that we may need.
